Terms of Service

- Turnaround time is 2 Weeks - 1 Month depending on the complexity of the piece. I will inform you should I require more time to complete your commission.
- Please be sure to credit me when posting your commissioned art on other sites, you cannot claim my art as your own.
- Please inform me if you do not wish for me to post your art on my social media. I will ask before posting regardless but in the event that I forget to ask, I will post it up.
- If you agree to me posting your commissions to my social media but do not wish for me to tag/credit your handle, please inform me as well.
- If the commission is time-sensitive, a rush fee may be applied, discussed, and agreed upon the commission agreement prior to starting.
- I reserve the right to stop work on a commission, or cancel a commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or a breach of these Terms of Service.
- Do note that my art style is constantly evolving so there may be slight variations between the samples I have provided and the final result that you will get.
- I will send the final PNG file in full res only.
- Under no circumstances may you submit the commissioned art to any kind of contest.
- NFTs are strictly prohibited. I will not be accepting your commission if they are NFT project related.

Payment Process

- All prices are in USD.
- Payment via Paypal invoice only. No refunds once I start refining on your commission. Refunds may be negotiable in the initial rough sketch stage.
- No haggling of prices. No, I will not work for free/exposure.
- Full payment upfront. I accept half upfront but the second half must be paid before I send the full final image to you.
- You will not be shipped physical goods as this is strictly a Digital Commission service.
- Your personal information will only be used for the sole purpose of communication, payment, and keeping track of who commissioned me, and will not be disclosed anywhere else.

Work Process

- You will receive a rough draft sketch for approval/ feedback. After that, I will send you a refined version of the sketch for further feedback before I start work on lines/flats/etc.
- Turnaround time is approximately as follows:
2 Weeks - 4 Weeks for Full Render tier and Clean Sketch tier
1 Week - 2 Weeks for Twitch Emote tier
1 Month - 2 Months for Splash Art tier and Character Sheet tier
- Should I need more time to work on your commission, I will inform you.
- please let me know if the commission is time sensitive. A rush fee may be applied depending on how urgent it is.
- For the Twitch Emote tier, please do know that I have to limit details due to the scaling. I may have to turn down some ideas/re-discuss if I think that they might not translate well into emote form.
- No major changes can be made once I am done with the piece. Minor errors i.e small things that I left out will be fixed for free.

Commission Usage

Personal Use
- Under no circumstances can you generate income with this artwork. The commissioned art may only be used as wallpapers, avatars, headers in non-profit sites (i.e Twitter Diplay Pictures, headers, Instagram, Deviantart, Toyhouse, etc.)
- Printing for yourself (not selling) is personal use.Commercial Use
- You are allowed to use this artwork for monetary profit i.e making prints/pins to sell, branding purposes, and giving as prints to patrons.
- Twitch Emote tier commissions do count as commercial use.
